This project takes the form of a life-sized anatomical inventory of organs, including the heart, lungs and brain.

 

These transparent organs, caught in the transition towards the age of Plasticus, reveal within them the residues of our daily lives: fragments of broken objects, bank cards and loyalty cards from major retailers and cultural institutions.

 

These discarded objects, the mundane traces of contemporary capitalism, are fossilised to become the internal matter of fictional organisms.

 

Displayed on X-ray lightboxes salvaged from former radiology clinics, the sculptures function as speculative archives. Through these transparent bodies, the work adopts the perspective of a future archaeologist, deciphering our era, its rituals of consumption and its systems of value.
